Michelle first discovered yoga through bikram yoga, while living in New York City. She instantly fell in love with physical and mental challenges that asana-based yoga provided. With increasing stress from work, Michelle turned to meditation and yoga, to connect her mind and body and put peace back in her life.
Michelle is Yoga Alliance RYT200 certified with ashtanga and vinyasa, and RYT30 certified with Ying Yoga. Michelle is also a certified Meditation Teacher through DavidJi Master of Wisdom & Meditation.
Michelle hopes that her meditation and yoga teaching can help people address their stress/anxiety (rajasic) and mood (tamasic), and help them find stillness and silence in life.
