I just wrapped up teaching 2 workshops in Dubai and Doha, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to share my tools with those who attended the workshops.
Many people asked me why I am so motivated to teach mindfulness and professional coaching to others. My answer simply is that , “I just want to make an impact in people’s lives. Help them make positive change and be more resilient.”
I personally went through a soul-searching journey 5 years ago, after moving from NYC to the Middle East and recovering from a life-changing medical event. Only applying tools like professional coaching, yoga, and mindfulness, I began living contently for the first time. Most importantly, living for myself and working on goals that are meaningful to me.
