    I am often asked by people about finding time to meditate.  To be frank, it isn’t easy for me, as I travel weekly for work. I meditate at home, at hotels, in cars, in taxi and also in airplanes.  Meditating on-to-go may not be ideal to many, but to me, any minute of deep breathing helps clear my mind and brings a sense of peace to my soul.     Being in the corporate world for 15+ years has much influenced on how I operate in my personal life.  I look at 2016 the whole year and divide my goals into a 4-quarter system. And, this quarter, I made a decision to work on my personal goals, and honestly, I have had my ups and downs on this journey.  During the up time, I feel like a superwoman, on the top of the world; however, during the down time, I feel incredibly blue, overwhelmingly judgemental toward self.
