What can you expect in this 3-month coaching program?
- One 45-minute intro session: to set your intention for the mind and your overall coaching goal.
- Three 60-minute mind & coaching sessions:
- Meditation: to experience stillness, silence, and present moment through meditation.
- 1:1 Coaching: to set your coaching intention, clear goals, and actions we will create together.
- Two Accountability check-Ins to help support your coaching journey.
- One custom-designed workbook to build greater self-awareness and more awaken attention.
